I enjoyed the cleanliness of my room. It. The mini fridge and microwave were convenient for storing snacks. I loved that I could walk to many attractions. The distance was just right. I faced issues with ants in my snacks, pretty frustrating. Housekeeping didn't clean my room on one day even after I asked, disappointing. Breakfast options needed improvement. They could offer better quality items. Despite these hiccups, I appreciate the friendly service from the staff.

No proper parking available!!! The area surrounding the alternative parking felt unsafe due to the homeless population, leading to concerns about personal safety!!! Better communication regarding lost items would enhance guest trust.

It's reasonable base for sightseeing and exploring Ottawa. The location is central. And it's 20 km from Macdonald Cartier airport. The room is bright and incredible and there are nice views. All the staff members are courteous and accommodating. The hotel serves a bagged breakfast.

This is a brand-new clean hotel providing reasonably large rooms. The venue offers a bagged breakfast with a juice, muffin plus a bagel. As for me location is particularly good and fantastic, just off the principale touristic sites. Again, the hotel is 1 mile from Canadian Museum of History.

Overall it was bright with comfortable beds.

I recently spent a couple of days in ottawa and holiday inn express exceeded my expectations. The hotel was impressively clean and the breakfast had a great variety, perfect for fueling my day. The staff were helpful.
